Earlier background includes extensive engineering work with welding and agricultural equipment repair, giving solid mechanical aptitude and workshop skills. Comfortable with tractor and loader work, livestock tasks as required, and stepping into support roles where reliability and common-sense matter. Limited exposure to modern broadacre GPS/auto-steer but upfront about the gap and confident learning with guidance.  The referee confirms that the individual is honest, diligent, and of good character, with a strong work ethic and sound judgement. They are described as efficient, financially responsible, and capable of running complex farming operations, including staff management. While machinery operation was not directly observed by the referee, there were no concerns raised in that area. Overall, they are well regarded and considered dependable and professional.
