Confident around machinery and quick to learn new systems. Two references conducted, both confirming he is a polite, honest, and reliable team member with a strong work ethic and a quiet, focused manner. He is well regarded within small and larger crews, take instructions carefully, and communicate appropriately when unsure. Mature, polite, and take instructions well, with a strong sense of responsibility and care for equipment. From an operating perspective, rated 10/10, with extensive experience across tractors and trailers and strong mechanical awareness.
