Prefer modern John Deere equipment. Ideally minimum $40/hr. Have previously run JD and CASE with 60FT bars. Over 11 years’ experience working for large agricultural contractors as leading hand carrying out drilling, mowing and forage harvesting. Operated modern John Deere, Fendt and CASE tractors and competent with Greenstar and Trimble systems. Spent winters in workshop so good mechanical skills. Referee confirming he is a very good operator, meticulous, fit and healthy with a strong work ethic.

Strong mechanical aptitude enjoys fixing cars and farm equipment. #7585: Just turning 17yo from New Zealand seeking seasonal seeding work in Australia from April 2026. Grew up on a family dairy and beef farm with 200 cows, 300 beef cattle, and 30 horses, responsible for baling, raking, ploughing, and planting 150 hectares of maize, producing around 1,000 bales annually. Skilled machinery operator with experience on CLAAS tractors (up to 300 hp), loaders, and bale handling, plus some contracting work including planting, ripping, and sheep work. Competent with GPS/autosteer and able to service and repair farm equipment. Flexible, reliable, and open to both machinery operating and general farm roles.  Referee confirms he is fully capable in the tractor and noted that he “loves tractors,” commenting that he is one of those young operators genuinely passionate about machinery.  Overall says he is a capable, competent tractor operator with a strong interest in machinery, reliable behaviour, and suitable aptitude for cropping work.

This candidate is an agricultural science graduate with strong agronomy and fertiliser knowledge, keen to work to gain large‑scale practical experience. He has grown up on a livestock property and has carried out general farm duties, fencing, hay and silage work, firewood processing and basic tractor operation. Machinery exposure includes 100-150hp tractors, loader work and conventional square baling. His cropping machinery experience is limited, but he is intelligent, adaptable and quick to learn. No GPS experience but confident with technology. He is fit, reliable, positive and motivated to develop further practical skills. Prefers working in a larger crew environment and is open to day and night shift. He is willing to assist with livestock and general farm work. He is seeking a supportive team that can provide training and help build his machinery capability and open to returning for harvest.  Referee confirms he is trustworthy, hardworking, capable and highly teachable, and while his tractor experience was moderate, he consistently demonstrated strong attitude, willingness to learn and reliability.
