tractor driver

**********

#5092, 24yo, Kiwi, seeking a seasonal seeding role in Western Australia. Looking to arrive as soon as a role is confirmed and open to staying on beyond seeding if tractor work continues. Highly motivated, energetic, and keen to build long term skills in broadacre farming. Flexible on location, confident with cattle, open to assisting with livestock work, and realistic on pay while prioritising getting established on farm. Brings a mix of agricultural contracting and dairy farming experience, including seeding, cultivation, raking, baling support, and long hours during peak periods. Has worked for a contractor operating John Deere and Deutz tractors and has manual GPS experience but no autosteer exposure, with a strong willingness to learn. Spent two years full‑time dairy farming and relief milking across multiple farms, completing calving seasons, and assisting with fencing, water systems, effluent irrigation, and general farm maintenance.  Referees confirm he is a reliable, upbeat, and hardworking team member who is easy to get along with and consistently puts work first. Honest, adaptable, and keen to learn, with a calm, no‑problem attitude even in pressured environments. They take direction well, ask questions to understand how tasks are done, and adapt their approach to different operations without arrogance. From a machinery perspective, they are a safe operator with good spatial awareness, basic GPS capability, and strong care for equipment, including pre‑starts and early reporting of issues. They would be rehired without hesitation.
