Chaser Bin Driver (you may get some header time, depending on skills), York WA
Job Description
- Dates (approx): 27 Oct – 29 Dec;
- Family operated business cropping 5600 hectares of wheat, barley, and canola.
- The main roles of this job will be working with another chaser bin and 3 harvesters, along with pre-startup servicing of chaser bins and harvesters each day;
- The job may require some harvester driving if a seat needs to be filled;
- At least 1 season of Chaser Bin or Grain Cart Driver, similar or transferable skills will be considered;
- The farm runs all JD machinery with two Chaser Bin tractors (7230R and 8235R); 3 harvesters (S680’s or S780);
- 14 hours per day, 6 days a week, weather dependent;
- The Job will offer accommodation, a work vehicle, and dinner each night while working. However, it will not accept smoking, vaping, or drug use;
- Location: 20km from Northam and York.
