A great client with a family run mixed farming operation in the Great Southern region of Western Australia is seeking a Casual Farm Hand to join the team, with an immediate focus on the upcoming seeding season and ongoing livestock work. This role could lead to a permanent position for the right person.  This is a hands‑on role suited to someone practical, reliable, and comfortable working outdoors across a variety of farm tasks.

About the Role:

  • Assisting with seeding operations, no air seeding operation;
  • Operating the fertilizer spreader during seeding;
  • Sheep yard work (drafting, drenching, crutching);
  • General sheep husbandry, feeding, watering, and health checks;
  • Seasonal lambing and mothering‑up when required;
  • General farm duties including fencing, maintenance, and paddock runs;
  • Working independently and as part of a small team;
  • Weekend work may be required during busy periods.

About You:

  • Reliable, responsible, and able to work without constant supervision;
  • Comfortable with physical work in all weather conditions;
  • Experience with sheep and machinery highly regarded;
  • Willing to learn and get stuck in;
  • Safety‑focused and attentive to farm procedures;
  • Own reliable vehicle essential.
