Job Description

  • Dates: Mid October – Early December (approx.);
  • $30-$40 p/hr depending on experience;
  • 6 day week, 12 hr/day (peak), 5 day week, 10hr/day (off-peak);
  • Accommodation: Donga with single bedroom, all amenities inc TV, aircon, WiFi, Laundry, Separate to main house.
  • Dinner provided during peak periods.

About the role

  • Machinery operation including: Operating a Case Magnum 385 CVT Tractor with a 24t Chaser Bin. Collecting the grain from a header (combine) and emptying into a field bin or truck;
  • Communication with harvest staff to ensure smooth day to day running;
  • Maintenance of Magnum & Chaser Bin;
  • Moving between farms & paddocks in a safe manner;
  • Maintenance, transporting & operation of field bins & other harvest equipment;
  • Likely some (combine) header operating as well.

About you

  • Some machinery operation experience required;
  • Australian Drivers Licence;
  • Willingness to learn;
  • Non smoker.
