Both are highly competent machinery operators with strong backgrounds in drilling, cultivation, silage, and baling. They are seeking to work together on the same farm, are flexible on location (WA or Eastern States), and are available for seeding and follow‑on seasonal work. Currently in their fourth season with a large NZ contractor, operating modern Fendt fleets and working across maize, grass silage, and baling programs. She also has dairy, calving, sheep, and beef experience. He specialises in maize planting, has three years’ experience as a head tractor driver on a corporate dairy farm, and is confident across cultivation, baling, and precision planting.  The referee confirms that both individuals are reliable, hardworking, and positive team members who communicate well and take responsibility. Both are capable, confident machinery operators who take pride in quality work and continual improvement, and they would be rehired without hesitation.
