Flexible, reliable, and open to both machinery operating and general farm roles.  Referee confirms he is fully capable in the tractor and noted that he “loves tractors,” commenting that he is one of those young operators genuinely passionate about machinery.  Overall says he is a capable, competent tractor operator with a strong interest in machinery, reliable behaviour, and suitable aptitude for cropping work.
