Both have worked for several months on a large cotton farm completing ripping, slashing, ProTill/Aeromat work, fertilising, spot spraying, and general farm labour. Have operated John Deere 8 and 9 series tractors and competent with basic machine servicing and daily maintenance. Keen to expand skills in air seeding, spraying, nurse truck duties, and stock work.  Referee confirmed they reliable, punctual and hard‑working farm employees who quickly picked up both manual irrigation work and GPS‑guided tractor operations across large‑scale cotton and grain systems. They follow instructions precisely, show excellent work ethic and initiative, keep machinery clean, and are highly regarded as dependable team members who would be rehired without hesitation.
