#1134: 24 Non smokers, Estonian. Two positive and motivated machinery operators currently based in Perth and available to start immediately. Both have excellent English, hold current working holiday visas, have their own vehicle and are keen to continue working in Australian agriculture. They are comfortable with long hours, day or night shift, large or small teams, and are open to seeding support roles such as deep ripping or fertiliser spreading. Non‑smokers, fit and healthy, and happy to work together on the same farm and on different shifts. They completed a full harvest together as chaser bin operators on a large cropping operation, chasing for up to four headers. Machinery operated included large CASE, New Holland T9 and CAT Challenger tractors. They managed manual chasing alongside headers (no GPS). Carried out daily greasing, routine checks, assisting with scheduled servicing, and some telehandler work and general farm duties during downtime. While light on broader farming experience, both show strong attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn. References describe the candidates demonstrated strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism throughout a full harvest season. They were quick learners who responded well to structured training, asked thoughtful questions, and followed instructions carefully. Both operated safely, maintained a high standard of accommodation, and integrated positively within the team. Their attitude, safety awareness, punctuality, and commitment made them valuable team members suitable for future seasonal roles.
