Previous dairy farming experience includes stock work, feeding out, mowing, raking, and yard work. Holds full NZ and UK driver licences. Strong references available from current contractor, previous seeding employer, and dairy farm.  Referees confirms she is a mature, reliable, and highly positive team member who gets on well with others and takes pride in her work. Excellent operator rated 9-10 / 10.  Diligent, trustworthy, and attentive to detail. Capable machinery operator who learns quickly, values quality outcomes.

#9332:  22yo, non smoker. Motivated young farm worker currently based in the South West of WA seeking a seasonal or permanent General Farm Hand role. Holds a full manual driver’s licence, own vehicle and flexible on location and open to seasonal with views to fulltime. Best suited to a family run or supportive operation willing to train and develop a committed long term team member. Brings a strong dairy background with several years’ hands on experience working in small, family run operations where reliability and accountability are essential. While limited in broadacre cropping, sheep and modern machinery experience, is keen to step away from full time dairy and broaden skills into mixed farming. Open to learning sheep and cropping, including seeding and seasonal work as a pathway to long term employment. Is trusted to milk independently, administer treatments and carry out AI, including semen selection. Experience in lab work in the dairy genetics space, strong attention to detail, record keeping.  Referee confirms they are a highly reliable, knowledgeable, and consistent dairy worker in a time‑critical environment. They are observant, proactive, and take feedback well, with a strong focus on animal health and hygiene. While their role has been dairy‑focused, they are considered capable of learning machinery operation quickly with instruction. They are positive, pleasant to work with, and strongly recommended.

#1134: 24 Non smokers, Estonian. Two positive and motivated machinery operators currently based in Perth and available to start immediately. Both have excellent English, hold current working holiday visas, have their own vehicle and are keen to continue working in Australian agriculture. They are comfortable with long hours, day or night shift, large or small teams, and are open to seeding support roles such as deep ripping or fertiliser spreading. Non‑smokers, fit and healthy, and happy to work together on the same farm and on different shifts. They completed a full harvest together as chaser bin operators on a large cropping operation, chasing for up to four headers. Machinery operated included large CASE, New Holland T9 and CAT Challenger tractors. They managed manual chasing alongside headers (no GPS). Carried out daily greasing, routine checks, assisting with scheduled servicing, and some telehandler work and general farm duties during downtime. While light on broader farming experience, both show strong attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn. References describe the candidates demonstrated strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism throughout a full harvest season. They were quick learners who responded well to structured training, asked thoughtful questions, and followed instructions carefully. Both operated safely, maintained a high standard of accommodation, and integrated positively within the team. Their attitude, safety awareness, punctuality, and commitment made them valuable team members suitable for future seasonal roles.

#7383:  27yo, non smoker, European, completed harvest 2025 in WA with Rural Enterprises.  Returning to Australia approx Feb 2026 to complete a seeding season with a recommended Rural Enterprises employer, and at this stage will be available until late June.  EXCELLENT ENGLISH. He won’t have a vehicle and happy to go to any location. Brings several years experience operating combines (CLAAS Lexion and Trion) on a 7,000-hectare property in Europe. Has completed 8 harvest seasons, with strong agronomy and farm management basics, and is familiar with GPS auto-guidance systems. Skilled in planting with modern machinery and basic mechanical repairs. Travelling alone. References from previous supervisor are very positive: “He operated a Claas Trion combine harvester and Fendt tractors, and his performance, particularly as a combine operator, was very professional and efficient.”
