Job Description

  • Dates: now to early Jan (approx);
  • Fantastic employer with a team of 10 requires MC Driver required for harvest;
  • Trucks include 1x Volvo FH16 Automatic, 8 wheeler Duraquip pocket road train with triaxle dolly, fitted with Right Weigh scales with bluetooth phone app for load management; 2x Volvo FH13 Automatic, 6 wheelers if preferable;
  • Preferably CBH grain carting and end tipping experience;
  • Location: 5 minutes to town.

Other job details include:

  • Ability to work in a team and communicate well;
  • Able to use CBH phone app;
  • Manage weights and loading yourself from field bins and direct chasers on how to load trailers correctly;
  • Use trailer scales to manage loads correctly;
  • Wear high-vis work shirts and boots to meet CBH requirements.

Skills / minimum level of experience required:

- Minimum 1 year end tipper carting with road trains
- Preferable if you have experience carting to CBH
- Preferable if you have 5+ years experience holding an MC licence
- MC license, fatigue management and medical
- Ability to work in a team and communicate well
- Able to use CBH phone app
- Manage weights and loading yourself from field bins and direct chasers on how to load trailers correctly
- Use trailer scales to manage loads correctly
- Wear high-vis work shirts and boots to meet CBH requirements

Machinery to be operated:

1x Volvo FH16 Automatic, 8 wheeler
