HOW IT WORKS – JOB SEEKERS

🌱 1. PERMANENT RECRUITMENT – FULL-SERVICE, END-TO-END

For long-term employment across agriculture – broadacre, livestock, agribusiness, dairy and stations.
  • Register and upload your resume;
  • Apply for farm jobs; we will also be in touch if your experience matches another suitable role;
  • Our team supports you through interviews and placement.

This is a free service for job seekers looking for full-time or long-term roles.

🌾 2. SEASONAL RECRUITMENT – REAL JOBS.  FASTER.  FREE

For short-term roles such as seeding, harvest, and casual on-farm work.
  • Register first, or click “Apply” on a job, you will be prompted to complete the registration form.
  • Complete all the fields, providing as much detail as possible.
  • Attach a resume, and ideally a photo to increase your chances of employment.
  • Ensure references are included – employers will be speaking to them and may not contact you if you don’t provide these.  If you are not comfortable providing these on your application form, you must advise this in your application form, similar to “Happy to provide references at phone interview stage”.
  • It is up to you to apply for jobs and you may apply for as many as you wish – only apply for jobs that suit your level of experience AND availability.
  • Employers will contact you directly if you’re a match.
  • You may also be contacted by employers browsing featured profiles.

This is a free service for seasonal job seekers.

đź’ˇ HOT TIPS

  • A full CV, references and honest, detailed answers will impress employers – lack of information and slow to respond will not.
  • Some roles move quickly so make sure your contact details and availability are up to date in your profile.
  • There is a demand for experienced seasonal labour.
  • If employers leave a message via phone or email, you MUST respond within 24 hours to show your interest.  If this isn’t possible, let them know when you are available and arrange a time that is convenient for both of you.
  • Other employers may see your profile on our website and ask for your contact details.  We will not provide them your details – what we will do is reach out to you and invite you to apply for their role.  If you do not wish for employers (other than those jobs you have applied for) to see your profile, go to your Profile, and under “Show my profile”, select “Hide”.

🧭 NOT SURE WHICH PATH IS RIGHT FOR YOU?

  • Seasonal Work is short-term, often aligned with seeding, harvest, or busy periods.
  • Permanent Work is long-term and typically involves a formal recruitment process.  Not suitable for Working Holiday Visas.

If you have suitable work rights, you are welcome to register for both if you have flexibility to consider both.
