It’s a streamlined, more affordable way to connect with quality seasonal workers. You advertise your job, and we provide our pre-screened job seekers access to apply for your roles – fast.  You will only receive applications from vetted job seekers!

  • Listing live for 14 days, extendable in 14 day increments by request until you have filled your role that season
  • Visibility on those pre-screened job applicants (ie, those who have applied for your role) – this includes contact details, resume, experience, wants and needs, and reference(s)
  • Exposure on our website and social media
  • Complimentary VEVO check (work rights verification) once you hire
  • See someone on Featured Candidates that hasn’t applied for your role? We will invite them to apply – just let us know who!

Yes – Rural Enterprises interview and conduct reference check(s) before promoting anyone on Featured Candidates. Once that job seeker is approved by Rural Enterprises, they are then eligible to apply for roles advertised on our website.

You have full control!  You will have visibility on all job seekers who have applied for your role and you decide who to contact.  You are welcome to call us and chat about an applicant’s suitability should you prefer a second opinion.

Simply click “Unsuccessful” against the applicant’s name and we’ll notify them on your behalf.

Yes – you can browse our curated list and, if you have a live advert, we’ll reach out to any job seekers you’re interested in and invite them to apply for your role, free of charge. Just let us know who!  If they apply for your role, it’s at that point you will have visibility of their contact details, resume and reference(s).

Absolutely. Your details remain private with job applicants until you choose to reach out to them.

No – the ‘Advertise a Job’ package covers one role only. If you have multiple roles, please contact us to discuss the best approach.

No – there are no returning seasonal fees under this model.

That’s great news – and there’s no additional cost if a seasonal worker transitions to a permanent role.

No – permanent roles offer a different service. You can register your permanent vacancy here.
