Job Description

  • Dates: 19 October – Mid December (approx.);
  • $35 p/h depending on experience;
  • 12hrs/day Monday – Saturday;
  • Accommodation in shared house with own bedroom and shared bathroom;
  • Dinner provided during peak periods, some lunches may be included;

About the Role

  • The role may involve a mix of chaser bin and ground crew work which may vary as required throughout the season;
  • Responsibilities may include chaser bin driving, carting grain, assisting with machinery servicing and maintenance, fuelling and greasing equipment, shifting machinery, and providing general harvest support;
  • Willing to train the suitable candidate;
  • This position is suitable for a single applicant only (not suited to couples);

About you:

  • Manual driver’s licence required;
  • Some tractor experience preferred;
  • A willingness to learn and take direction;
  • A strong work ethic and team-first attitude;
  • A common-sense, safety-first approach to machinery operation;
  • Be clean and tidy.

Basic truck driving experience (beneficial but not essential);
