Job Description

We are seeking 2-4 experienced Tractor Drivers to assist with the potato planting season in the Bordertown area.

  • Commencing late August, with work through harvest and into next year for those looking for additional work (up to June 2027 approx);
  • 10-12 hour days during peak times;
  • $35 p/h depending on role;
  • Accommodation and work vehicle supplied;

Additional Opportunity

We are also seeking an experienced Spray Operator to primarily spray onions using an AI Camera Sprayer.

About the role

  • Planting potatoes using a late model Grimme 6 Row Planter;
  • Potato planting for approximately 3 to 4 months;
  • Cultivation work;
  • Fertiliser spreading;
  • General field work;
  • Harvest duties;
  • Work will be carried out across different farms in the region.

About you

  • Previous tractor operating experience;
  • Experience operating planting equipment;
  • Clean and tidy work habits;
  • Good equipment maintenance skills.
