Both are confident operating large machinery and using GPS, with one candidate regularly operating a modern self‑propelled sprayer and independently mixing chemicals. They also bring strong agricultural backgrounds from France, with extensive dairy experience including feeding livestock, front‑end loader work, and operating machinery in confined barn environments, along with farm internships overseas. Both are described as switched on, pleasant to deal with and capable of working long hours during peak periods. They are travelling together, would prefer to remain on the east coast if possible but are open to relocating for the right opportunity.
