#11961: PREVIOULSY PLACED CANDIDATE: 20‑year‑old Kiwi, carried out seeding for us in 2025 with a great client. Available Mid-March until end of May/June. This time he is looking to come over with a friend and ideally work on the same farm or at least nearby. Ideally looking for $40+ with an evening meal. Last season operated a John Deere with 80Ft seeder and then stayed on to do spraying. Received great feedback from our client who would happily have him back again. Has over two years Ag contracting experience operating 200-300Hp Fendts with GPS, doing grass and maize work, baling, loader wagon work, discing and some digger work. Comes from a dairy background. Plenty of seat time on high‑horsepower. Comfortable with long hours and night shift if required, easy to get along with, and fits straight into a team. Reliable, hardworking, and already well known to us and our clients.  The referee confirms that the individual is hardworking, reliable, and well regarded within the team, with a positive attitude and no behavioural concerns. They learn quickly, get on well with others, and can be trusted to complete tasks as required. While initially inexperienced, they demonstrated the ability to competently operate large‑scale machinery with training and would be welcomed back.
