Air Seeder Operator, Jacup WA (REF 11931)
Job Description
- Dates: end March – end May (approx);
- Join this family run broadacre farm for the upcoming season;
- Previous experience working on a broadacre farm and operating seeding equipment essential.
- You will be operating Cat 865E tractor and 60ft DBS Bar & Ausplow Air Seeder using GPS guidance systems;
- $35-$45/hr depending on experience;
- 12+ hour days during seeding;
- On farm self contained 2 bedroom cottage.
Other duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Assist in filling and fueling of airseeder;
- Inspect, repair and maintain machinery and equipment;
- Operate trucks, tractors, loaders, forklifts, pumps, augers and a variety of other farm equipment as required;
- Some rock picking as required;

Hourly rate range:
$35 - $45 depending on prior experience
