Air Seeder Operator, East Munglinup WA (REF 11595)
Job Description
- Dates: Early March – End June (approx);
- Air Seeder Operator required to join this team of 4;
- $35-45/hr depending on experience;
- 10-14 hour days during peak season;
- Modern private small house.
Other job details:
- Machinery operations and maintenance including but not limited to:
- Stubble crunching
- Lime/Gypsum spreading
- Loader and telehandler work
- Operating 60ft seeder
- Urea spreading
- Seeder bar preparation and maintenance

Skills / minimum level of experience required:
Air seeder experience preferred but not essential.
Mechanical knowledge.
Minimum 1-2 years farming/contracting background
Understanding of modern operating software and greenstar GPS systems.
Machinery to be operated:
X2 John Deere 9R590's
Bredal Spreader
Claas 960 telehander
CAT 950H loader
Horcsh implements including, seeder, cultivator & stubble cruncher
Essential Licences (select if mandatory):
Car - auto, Car - manual

Typical day peak season 10-14 hours. Typical day off peak 8 hours.
Hourly rate range:
$35ph - $45ph depending on experience
