About Candidate

#2046: 23yo, non smoker, Kiwi, available mid‑March (4 weeks’ notice).  Has always wanted to do a seeding/harvest in WA and has decided now is the time. Happy to assist with fencing, workshop and livestock. Early mid‑March start allows time to upskill on broadacre gear ahead of peak seeding; positive, teachable, reliable. Five years full‑time dairy with progression to 2IC/shed management; strong cattle husbandry and small‑team supervision. Daily machinery includes daily operating CLAAS  610/620/630 tractors, JCB telehandler carrying out feeding out with large mixer wagons, mowing with front/side mowers; very basic mechanical knowledge; no GPS/autosteer and no direct seeding/sprayer experience—keen to train. Comfortable with 10–14‑hour shifts, early starts and nights; flexible on accommodation/meals; full manual licence; fit and healthy. Referee commented she’s one of the better operators and won’t let you down.
